My Universe is an experiential course focused on exploring inner worlds and subtle perception. It is an invitation to recognise that reality is not only what we see and touch, and that inner perception, imagination, sensation, and awareness are real territories of experience.

This course is for people who:

• feel there is “more” than everyday reality

• are curious about inner worlds and subtle perception

• want to expand their way of seeing without adopting a belief system

• consider themselves free spirits, explorers, or seekers of inner truth

It is especially suitable for people who:

• are open-minded but grounded

• are comfortable with introspection

• want to explore without being told what to believe

• ABOUT THE EXPERINCE WITH HANAKO

  About the Experience with Hanako

  Planetarium story telling, star constellations and possible inhabitants.

  A time-travel adventure, with guided meditations that will guide you through the spheres.

  We will explore the multiverse, Yuga’s and Bardo’s, Past and Future lives.

  Distinguishing and being able to describe the sensations of the densities.

  Communication beyond, lifting ourself up in higher states of being, so that we are able to see from a completely different point of view.

  Cosmic Awareness, and Geometry introduction

  Flujo diario

  • 7:15 – Práctica matutina (meditación en el jardín, qigong o yoga)

  • 8:15 – Desayuno vegetariano orgánico

  • 9:00 – Amor en acción (cuidado comunitario del espacio y el jardín)

  • 10:00–13:00 - Clase

  • 13:00 - Almuerzo

  • 14:00–15:30 – Siesta / Tiempo de integración

  • 15:30 - Clase

  • 19:00 - Cena

  Evening – Community Time, music, or quiet rest

  “Love in Action” time (9:00–9:40), when all students take part in small tasks to keep the space beautiful—whether that’s harvesting vegetables, sweeping, or freshening up the bathrooms.

  Para los estudiantes que se alojen una sola semana, recomendamos planificar su salida para el domingo por la tarde (ya sea en su propio coche o utilizando nuestro servicio de transporte), después de nuestro magnífico brunch de clausura, o el lunes por la mañana (salida a las 10:00).

• Qué incluye

  • Alojamiento y baños compartidos en una preciosa casa comunal (puede haber habitaciones privadas disponibles para estudiantes que se alojen semanalmente; se asignarán por orden de llegada)

  • Tres comidas vegetarianas ecológicas al día, preparadas con esmero (se atienden dietas especiales, +5€/día para huéspedes que se alojen una semana)

  • Acceso completo a todas las enseñanzas, experiencias y a la vida comunitaria

  • Servicio de transporte para estudiantes del programa de tiempo completo (consulte las preguntas frecuentes para participantes de una sola semana).

• Reservas y contacto

  Todas las reservas se gestionan directamente a través de The Transmission School.
